Why the fuck am I watching Final Destination 3? And it also is about to be ironic…fun.
It chokes the fun out of my day.
Don’t take nighttime medicine before going to school and make sure to do that exact dosage it says.
Ugh.
What a day, and it doesn’t mean it was a good day for the most part. Okay, maybe some of it.
Let’s see, we had Macbeth time, more clean-up, a practice test, finding out about a new final, fire alarm, and running the “loop.” Sure there were some good moments sprinkled in there from time to time. Getting closer to the end of school and the mood of it is falling apart. Only a handful of days left.
I let them play one of my games on the PS2 and my brother ended up kicking both their asses and rubbing it in their faces (how they are his friends is unknown to me when he treats them like that). So I decided to go the next round against him with my uber-bots (we were playing Red Faction 2 and I beefed up a few bots so I had an uber-team). My brother protests and his friends decide to go. I showed them who’s boss.
My brother brought home two of his goons today and they are downstairs playing the Playstation 2. I just might have to school them.
Why is it always the bad guys who are cooler? Good guys ain’t got shit on the ones they fight. I love to be the evil side. But that is getting off topic I guess. Let’s talk about school, shall we?
Today felt kind of elongated. Just seemed longer than normal and it is not like we had much to do. We read Macbeth in British Literature (along with a lockdown drill that the teacher ignored). Continued cleaning up during my T.A. period. Then in Cisco it was back to not studying like we were supposed to. I read in Virtual Enterprise after catching up on some bills. Lunch was, well, the usual. In Government we presented our projects on Supreme Court cases (my group had United States v. Nixon). Our PE teacher was MIA so we played basketball.
Right now I am just trying to find something to do. I need to escape the norm. Life is getting a bit stale and I need to freshen it up. We’ll see how that goes.
Yes, I made up the word normancy. It sounds cool. What’s it mean? Something to do with being normal. Whatever.
Tuesday. The day after the two big finales for my shows. Both lacked but setup interesting situations for the next seasons. As for school, it was a mixed bag.
British Literature was filled with readings of Macbeth along with a quiz. So far I’ve learned that killing people makes you go crazy. Yeah, good tips. Not really. In Computer Repair my T.A. duties were varied. It was clean up time getting ready for the end of the year. So I was going around helping the minions do their business. Changed ink, threw out old keyboards, tried to fix a case, and crack jokes about the teacher. Got to keep morale up. We were supposed to study in Cisco but all we did was go on the internet to random websites. Yes, we are so hard-working. The biggest thing today was in Virtual Enterprise where we got the oh-so-awesome job of entertaining people for the Department of Education about the class. I expected around four or so people. Instead we got around ten. Both companies converged and sold items to them. That took up about 20 minutes of class time. The rest was screwing around like usual. Government was dedicated to sleep time. And finally in PE we played “21.”
Hopefully the rest of the week will be easy on the brain.
Well I registered for the Selective Service online. Got my service number and now am waiting for a thing in the mail. Can we please not have a draft for, say, six years? It’d be nice.
I just got in the house from school and found a nice envelope addressed to me. Not the usual “Join *insert military branch here*” crap but instead it is to register for the Selective Service. Oh boy. Just another way for this great country to force my ass into the system. If I don’t “register” I will have committed a federal crime punishable up to 5 years in jail and a nice $250,00 fine. Good job Fucking America.
